The purpose of this blog is to propose a mandate for uniform safety standards for amusement parks and carnivals in the United States. Currently, regulations among the states vary from having no required guidelines, to having monthly inspections for all rides at fixed amusement parks. In the case of the traveling carnival, inspections at every stop are regulated in some states while others carry no laws at all relating to ride inspection. Amusement park owners don’t want accidents to occur and safety is always a priority. This blog agrees that safety is a priority and it is trying to insure that all types of parks everywhere are safe.
